The Dumbest Canadian
I was thinking of running a contest, “The Dumbest Canadian”. You know, round up the usual suspects – PMSH, Dalton McGuinty, David Suzuki, Naomi Klein, Judy Rebick, the Jackal. But what is the point? I mean seriously, is there any dumber Canadian parading her stark idiocy for the world to see than Heather “Hate Me I’m Canadian and I Hate Me Too” Mallick?
She really should have stuck to shopping.

Easy way to make heads explode. Point out tar sands are horribly toxic and what Canada is doing is cleaning up the biggest toxic waste site in the world and recycling it into nice clean sand and plant food.

Did you purposely tee that one up for me?

Poor Heather – it must suck being trapped in that human form.
Doesn’t Canada have Traitor/Treason laws?

Yep, she really tops the dumb-ass charts.

Marvelous sense of timing, dude. I was just trying to decide if you are dumber than Heather, or simply what Heather would look and act like after a sex change.

Hey, Sean…no fair. Robert is the Canadian blogosphere’s own, private, Heather. Now that Cherniak has left the building.

Heather is an on-going study in conflicted personality dynamics. Self-important AND self loathing – interesting personality conflict. But she’ll blather her deluded neurotic musings in a public venue to anyone who wants to listen. Kinda like she thinks public broadcasting is some sort of one way encounter group therapy.
I feel sorry for Heather, I pray for her recovery but I must regard her demented public mumblings as sad epitaphs to her sanity. Something that can only appeal to voyeurs or sadists who find it entertaining watching some poor lost soul succumb to their own neurosis. This is what passes for up market infotainment in publicly funded broadcasting culture.

Red Fox; nah, he’s not even #1 at that…

We have a commenter here who proudly claims to have eight million brain cells. Does this count?

FYI - Rev. Stephen Boisson just announced in this Free Dominion post that he won his appeal of the Alberta “Human Rights” Commission’s idiotic decision, presumably at the Court of the Queen’s Bench of Alberta.
In a very poor attempt to make this post relevant to the topic, can we nominate Professor Darren Lund, if he’s now on the hook for Boisson’s court costs? Nah, I doubt he’s dumb, just blinded by political correctness.

Most of our journalists are tied for first place in this race for the bottom. Their transparent pro-Chinese sympathies this week are both disturbing and repulsive. Unless they have no clue what’s going on with this “pesky” Chinese human rights situation, they must have consciously chosen to take the side of the repressive Chinese regime, with its history of ethnic cleansing, persecution of dissidents, harvesting of organs, etc.
To show how low they have sunk, they are in perfect harmony with Bob Rae. Now there’s a candidate.

Prof. Lund isn’t that dumb after all – the court didn’t order costs (at least for the initial AHRC process).
Rev. Boisson has put the Alberta court’s decision on his website. Upon a quick read, Hon. Mr. Justice E.C. Wilson felt himself too constrained by the SCC’s Taylor decision to strike down the Alberta equivalent of Section 13(1) on constitutional grounds, but slapped the AHRC around quite a bit for their illogical ruling.

last time i counted I had 16 million…brain cells that is…
and as for your mentioning PMSH as one of the dumbest Canadians I truly take exception…i suppose he’s PMSH because he’s rather dull vapid and well slow on the uptake…not like the sparking meteors of the Canadian intellectual community such as drreverendpoodleboy…and mcclelland …and the nebbish.
and i’ll never forget your plan “B” from outer space you know….it was schizo more than fickleness…such lack of commitment ..tsk tsk…and such lack of understanding on how surrounded by enemies PMSH is…
we all must make the effort to ‘stay the course’ as Bush senior admonished us …

Peter; the MSM’s, or ‘journalists’, anti Harper default position on EVERYTHING has become tiresome in the extreme. They’ve been in bed with the Liberals so long that without a dominant Lib. Government, they’re basically lost; no principled compass to take their marching orders from.
I suppose from the Executive suites’ pov. the goodtimes abruptly stopped with the Canservatives forming the Gov’t. They’re on standby waiting for the lolly wagon to return…
