Sun-Times Media Group Inc. disclosed late Tuesday the pending departure of a number of executives and directors and said the struggling Chicago publishing concern intends to stop reporting financial results to the Securities and Exchange Commission.Sun-Times shares closed in over-the-counter electronic bulletin board trading Tuesday at 8 cents, which values the publisher of the Chicago Sun-Times at $6.6 million. chicago tribune
Nice to see that the management which replaced Lord Black and Radler has done a sparkling job of enhancing shareholder value.
