So, Where’s my Writ??

A few days ago the liar Kinsella posted at his nasty little pseudo blog a request for my address for service…On his undertaking not to publish that address it was back to him in a couple of hours.
I braced for the onslaught of his barracuda. I have, after all, called him a liar for years. Because he lied about me, the dirty dog. And, it appears, about my friend Kevin Grace and so on.
I told Daisy, my big black dog, to man the gates and lick vengefully strangers bearing papers.
I readied my Discovery Question:
Me: Mr. Kinsella, have you ever told a lie?
Apparently my preparation is for nought…No writ, no pre-writ libel letter: nada.
Of course it is early days and, one assumes, Mr. K is busy woodshedding Lucy Warman and getting him ready for the presser where he tearfully, but defiantly, admits that he was indeed a sock puppet. But in a good cause saving the world from David Ikes and Nazis and people who would, otherwise, be dismissed as raving lunatics. (”No, seriously Lucy, lose the sideburns they make you look like a spiv. A wideboy. Kinda a gay lizard….Lose’em.”) So I wait in hope, ready to spring my cunning trap.

Hi Jay,
Our goading of Roaring Lucy over at Dawg’s obviously hasn’t worked. Poor sod, between a rock and a hard place. You suggest he might ‘fess up to his puppetry, but I disagree. His kind rarely come clean. But a writ must be an even less attractive proposition for him, focusing unwelcome sunlight on himself and his photophobic chums at the HRCs.
I suspect he will continue his current tactic of blustering implied threats, without ever pulling the trigger, in an attempt to bluff his way out till it blows over.
It’s our job to keep the blowtorch on him till we smoke him out. Last I heard, Steyn had written to the Justice Minister, with no reply as yet.
Time is on our side.
hmmmph…..your friend kevin’s diatribe on warman kinsella was as a river in a dry place……now, i’m proud to say i have slagged warman kinsella mercilessly on the frank forum for years and never detected even a sniff of a writ so don’t feel neglected….i wonder if warman kinsella remembers my gentle self and doug collins laffing and barracking the egregiously transparently LLLiberal suit when he ran in North Vancouver(ah what memories !…he enunciated a lifelong wish he and his wife had to live in north vancouver!….i laffed so hard i got snot bubbles…you ever do that ?)…yoo hoo warman !…i’m still stalking you but now i’m on the internet !!!

Warman’s greatest accomplishment has been to grant them near martyr status in their tiny circles, all while lining his own pockets. I for one do not sleep better knowing David Ickes has been silenced, I will sleep better when Warman’s bizarre little racket is ended.

I think it’s marvelous the way this issue is drawing the liars, bigots, various and sundry ignoramuses as well as the neo-nazis into the open so I don’t have to bother wasting time trying to figure out if they have anything credible to say.
