Bert, it seems, cannot count. Dubai has a 'zero tolerance' position on illicit drugs...don't ya know? Bert's 6/10th of a gram does not equal zero: so go straight to jail and do not pass 'GO'! Bert was unfortunate enough to select the UN to actually go work for. I was under the impression that just everyone on this little planet knows that the UN is dysfunctional.....oh!....sorry! Maybe that is WHY Bert went to work there.....did not think of that....in Afghanistan you say?! Do they not grow poppies there....like a LOT of poppies? Isn't that the place where half the adult population uses dope? I thought that they had been doing that since the Creation...but here comes Bert leading the UN conversion gang. Just who is converting whom here? Looks like Bert is gonna have 4 years in Dubai without the exposure to dope of any kind. That should give hime time to, at the very least, improve his maths skills and understand that 0.6g opium does not = zero!
