Robert, you are just fabulous. You know that, don’t you? This is just such an all-purpose comeback: when you have a successful, well attended event (hey, work with me here) you can claim credit for ‘mobilizing the people’ and empowering the dissaffected. When your gang looks like a bunch of putzes, you can claim that it was the double-secret right whinger counter-activistist team, who just showed up to make the dissaffected look like -well- a bunch of putzes. When nobody shows up, it must be that double-secret vast right whinger conspiracy, who all showed up cleverly disguised as empty pavement…

We heard that even some Dems who traditionally supported the anti-war movement didn’t show (namely Mr. Howard Dean & company). We never know how to read the Dems, one year they’re out protesting, and the next they’re pretending to be Republican-lite.

But Robert how would I know if the protests were massive given that, on your line, all the people who were moonbat nutballs were actually right wingers….I mean there were so many…

Once you discount all the moonbat nutballs as rightwing you are left with what, maybe a couple of dozen actual anti-war protestors.

And even if they were leftwingers, this nonsense of focusing on a very small percentage of the protesters is simply idiotic. Is this really the best you can do in the face of massive protests against the war?
