A bit divorced from reality - Ian Fine

Any Canadian citizen can file a complaint with the Commission. We do not have discretion to turn people away.

Once a complaint is filed with the Commission, we have a responsibility to process it fairly and in accordance with established procedures. In most cases, this involves conducting an investigation. Only then can Commissioners decide whether there is enough evidence to warrant further inquiry or whether the complaint should be dismissed. ian fine

This would explain why my complaints re anti-antisemitism in Le Devoir (April 17), anti-Sihkism at the the CBC (April 18), and Islamic Holocaust Denier site Islamunity.com (April 22) have not even been acknowledged by Mr. Fine’s Commission.

I cannot imagine that “established procedures” include not bothering to acknowledge receipt of complaints filed by Canadian Citizens.

But, hey, I would not have believed they included posting hate messages under web aliases or wardriving peoples WiFi or lying under oath…but apparently they do.

Fine reminds me of Saddam’s information minister Baghdad Bob assuring Iraqis “This invasion will end in failure. The Americans are committing suicide by the hundreds” as the camera on him picks up American Tanks entering the street behind him. LOL

    Famous last words Ian.

Well I agree with you WL but remember that Baghdad Bob actually did forecast the insurgency.

Dislodging Mr. Fine and his band of human rights outlaws may be a bit of a slog.

I agree with you Jay…the CHRC cult is a small part of the PC (cultural Marxism) industry. We don’t make and export too much steel cars or finished goods any more but by gawd we are not short on political pseudo moralists .

I wrote this for Ezra’s blog. I have no reason to change my mind.

    EZRA:
    Fire. Them. All.

A battle cry I could live with if not promote with vigor. After reading this bit of HRC sleaze I now think this outfit ought to not only to be fired by charges laid for maliciousness. But every case looked at for this pattern of behavior with redress to those attacked by this stalking crew. Some should go straight to jail. Cruel & inhuman conduct by these inquisitors comes to mind. This is despicable, have these monsters NO morals or Ethics?

Naw I see the same small piggish spitefulness when I see sick unto death smokers at Hospitals out in 20 degree’s below, because of the antismoking fanatics. Even though we can send probes to other planets we can’t make a good filtering system in one room?

The same mentality was at work from this predator when he put this girl in danger. Pure self righteous waspish hate.

Some of these characters need to see the inside of the crowbar motel for their iniquities’ against others. For that is what they are.
Its obvious this crew is about as sensitive & empathic as a praying mantis’s on the hunt. The decent of this group into a cultish feedback loop of tyranny. Reinforcing each others madness & them amplifying it to do any injustice they please, while feeling like there on a mission from G-D. Instead they truly worship at the idol of Multiculturalism with mammon as their true deity. It demands human sacrifice in pain, penury or a pound of flesh to sate its lust for so called bigots whom they only define.

    Just my opinion

I worked for many years in the human rights sector at both the Ontario provincial and federal levels. A paradigm shift happened when state institutions went from “race relations” to “anti-racism”. The latter heralded an ideologicial shift to the “strtegically remedial” i.e. employment equity, preferred hiring practices, quotas in universities and among employers, etc. This coincided with the rise of the NDP to provincial power in Ontario i.e. circa 1992. That is when the leftist post-modern ideologues moved in and corrupted what had been until that time a very effective CANADIAN approach. “Anti-racism” is NOT a Canadian ideology, but was imported from the USA from extremist African-American social networks.

I might add that the position of the B’nai Brith and the CJC is exacerbating the issue incredibly. But these organizations are about as useful to the Jewish community today as a bicycle is to a fish.

The totalitarianism HRCs naturally appeals to the Canadian mind. It is the end product of ‘good government.’ Its name: fascism, multiculturalism, ... matters not, nor its origins. It is of a piece with Canada’s founding documents and Pierre Trudeau’s ideology.
