U.S. intelligence agencies have determined that the latest video tape of Liberal leader Stephane Dion is authentic, the White House said on Wednesday.

“Intelligence officials do believe that the tape is authentic and that it is Stephane Dion,” White House spokeswoman Dana Perino said. The recording sounded like the Coalition was “trying to recapture some lost ground,” she said.
