Dear Zerb,

You were 5′6, but I did a forced proxy using the MBH99 Graybill bristlecone series and applied this to your height. With urban growth biases removed you are actually 4′11, but we’ll let you round that up. That’s the good news.

The bad news is that we mapped your visible aging against the surface station data obtained from the USHCN and the result was a hockey stick-shaped graph with a definite aging bias towards the end. Expect a sudden explosion of crow’s feet and a few new love handles late tomorrow afternoon, probably around 4:17pm. Our very impressive looking computer models with all of the flashing graphic thingamadoodles say this so it must be true.

I have yet to agree with a word the Zerb has written but I love her completely predictable, fact free, “in your face baby”, moon battery.

I don’t think you should be making value judgments on the issue of factuality. The only fact that ever arises in the context of this blog is this one: “Jay Currie is a blogger.”
