Dear Sirs,
Re: s. 13 Complaint: Rehmatpedia – Posted to the Internet
On April 20, 2008 http://www.islamunity.com/blogs/?p=100, location unknown but apparently in Canada, published an article which I believe is in direct violation of s. 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act, specifically it is “matter that is likely to expose a person or persons to hatred or contempt by reason of the fact that that person or those persons are identifiable on the basis of a prohibited ground of discrimination.” Specifically,
Some of these countries has no tolerance toward Muslims’ religious feelings – but are first to put anyone who question Jewish lies about the so-called ‘Jewish Holocaust’ – which has been proven as the greatest hoax of the 20th century. There is no denying to the fact that Jews themselves took part in Nazi genocide of millions of Gypsies, Christians and Jews.
This offensive article was, as well, published on the internet and can be seen at: http://www.islamunity.com/blogs/?p=100 (A screen shot is available.)
I wish to initiate a complaint pursuant to s. 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act with respect to this publication on the basis that it is likely to expose a person or persons to hatred or contempt by reason of the fact that that person or persons are identifiable on the basis of a prohibited ground of discrimination, in this case, religion.
I am available by phone or email at the addresses above.
I look forward to your prompt response.
Yours truly,
Jay Currie
———Yo, Mark, and Blazing: you find’em, I’ll file them and send the money to the Canuck 5/6 whatever. It will be fun to see what cunning tricks the CHRC employs to find the identity of Rehmat. I tried to send the “What is your addy for service comment but, apparently, Rehmat’s blog service provider does not know the answer to his spam id question.
And, Lying Jackal and Bernie Farber: let’s get cracking. This is a real live Holocaust Denier. Where is the CJC when you need them??
Update: Pettifog in the comments notes “I note now from the islamunity site that you are now described as a “Zionist fool”. Well done!!”
It’s an honour just to be nominated…with luck I can parlay this into “Rightous Goy” and spend the rest of my life smiling.

Rehmat is based in Ontario, he is a Power Generation Engineer, in fact I suspect he works for Hydro. do note that the domain islamicunity is actually hosted in Turkey.

I had originally been against this process because it legitimized the HRCs which I consider to be illegitimate force of law and unnatural in this nation’s rule of law. I still believe this.
However as long as you have sure intent to direct all the proceeds of your “hate” shake down swag over to the freedom 5, I cannot criticize your motives. That plus forcing the chauvinists in the HRC rackets to go after real anti-Semites is a delicious irony hard to resist.

keep up the good work
April 22nd, 2008 at 11:31 pm
Jay, remember you have to focus to keep up your strength. These fruitloops can always claim something was lost in translation, they were speaking theologically rather than politically or that it was actually Richard Warman who posted the outrage. Dream the impossible dream, Jay. Go after Barbara Hall.

Rehmat is a member of a CHRC designated victim group. Based on their marxist theories of the “Other” Rehmat has no doubt internalized the hate and prejudice of white hegemony. In short we are to blame. With that in mind I have started a campaign to have Rehmat appointed to the CHRC. It’s the least I could do.
Why even the RCMP have given tacit approval to his appointment.

Your turn will come, you rightard. Warman Kinsella’s gonna sue your hateful, bigoted ass next.

I’m enjoying this pragmatic side of Jay.
The possibilities are endless.

Hey Scold –
If you and your hero really care about human rights and anti-semitism why are you not challenging radical islam?
Currie is making a serious point – the HRCs should oppose all forms of hate speech but they don’t. And until you and your ilk do too
no one should take anything you say on this topic seriously.

...Oops, ‘scuse me, I burped.

I love how the left can call out hateful bigotry with such studied lack of cool that they instantly communicate the hypocrisy of their enterprise.

Hello? “Warman Kinsella”? Could it be? I mean, it HAD crossed my mind when I saw pictures of Richard Warman that he is not a – ah! how to put this delicately? – very “masculine” in appearance. Warren Kinsella is undoubtedly hysterical and shrill – both highly unusual characteristics for heterosexual men to possess together. But then, I perhaps was presumptuous in at first thinking Mr. Kinsella to be heterosexual.
But now that “Warman Kinsella” has been alluded to, well….
It’s pretty scary stuff to considewr what kind of self-hating, self-flagellating intellectually contortionistic SPAWN Warren Kinsella and Richard Warman would come up with together…
Do you suppose one of the silent lobby of post-modernist feminists who have been so quiet about the light of their Islamic sisters might have been enlisted to “carry” Warren and Richard’s evil spawn?
Just wondering…
One thing for sure, Richard Warman’s boyffiend is going to be mightily pissed when he hears about this.

I think the Canuck 5 will be the Canuck 15 or 35 soon enough,
Good job Jay,

What do you think about issuing a complaint to the CHRC against the CIC and the sockpuppets themselves, claiming that their incessant whining and abuse of Canada’s “Human Rights” System is “likely to expose muslims to hatred or contempt”. In fact what they are doing and saying generates in me much stronger negative feelings than anything Mark Steyn has written. Hatred is too strong a word for me, but it has gone beyond mere irritation and annoyance.
I suspect that this is true of many people.
I guess we could also issue a claim against the CHRC itself as their actions have exposed us as Canadians to ridicule and contempt abroad. I am not a lawyer but.

** If you and your hero really care about human rights and anti-semitism why are you not challenging radical islam? **
Looks to me like you’re attacking an identifiable group on the basis of their religion and your comment has the likelihood of exposing them to hatred.
What’s good for the goose is good for the gander, and I too, have a fax machine. Single-sided, no less.

I can’t enter a complaint, because I am not legally resident in Canada, but I do think that a certain individual’s procliamation “Freedom of speech is an American concept, so I don’t give it any value” is exposing me to contempt based upon my national origin. He is undoubtedly denigrating the culture of my native country. Any other immigrants from my homeland?

Are we sure the “Scold” isn’t putting us on?
April 23rd, 2008 at 10:56 am
I note now from the islamunity site that you are now described as a “Zionist fool”. Well done!!
April 23rd, 2008 at 3:58 pm
Are we sure the “Scold” isn’t putting us on?
I think it it’s called staying in character.
April 23rd, 2008 at 4:03 pm
Jan, the problem with scolding is that it is highly addictive. All that power, the “J’accuse!” moment.
The tattletale lurks within us all. I’ve no doubt that askthescold, whoever he is, may even now be typing up a complaint about my republication of hate speech. Apparently he has a fax machine.
Trouble is just around the corner.
April 23rd, 2008 at 8:48 pm
Well done, Jay. I have to admit that at first I was skeptical of your motives. Now I see you’re serious about eliminating hate speech in our society.
April 23rd, 2008 at 10:10 pm
I do hope we won’t have to bring back the ducking stool. :-)
April 23rd, 2008 at 10:33 pm
Trouble is just around the corner.
And hopefully, in short order, the reasons for striking out s.13 and overhauling the CHRC will become obvious even to the staunchest defenders. That, I assume, is where you and the scold are going with this.
April 23rd, 2008 at 10:54 pm
I’ve figured the “scold” out.. didn’t take long.. But he hasn’t posted or answered the question I sent him yesterday yet..
C’mon Scold, get with it!
April 24th, 2008 at 12:22 am
Robert, you have just forced me to rethink the program…
KevinG, that is roughly where I am heading. But with well targeted, entirely “legitimate” complaints.
April 24th, 2008 at 5:41 am
Why start thinking now, Jay? Just stay the course and we’ll make a good progressive out of you yet.
April 24th, 2008 at 7:18 am
You can’t be an Islamophobe AND be a progressive. The two are mutually exclusive. KKKurrie is just another wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Indeed, they are perfectly legitimate—or, no more illegitimate than the host of successful complaints.
April 24th, 2008 at 8:52 pm
You can’t be an Islamophobe AND be a progressive.
Not “Islamophobe” – “Islamolucide”
“...can be a liberal Muslim…or anyone else who accepts Muslims as citizens equal to all others, but who condemns bids for Islamic entitlements that conflict with western values.”
