And both the CSIS and RCMP have Civilian oversight bodies that actually can and do review individual cases.

Now if ONLY the CHRC had an outside board of review for appeals - it would be a different story.

Nicholson’s odd support (see Ezra’s site) demonstrates the CPC simply do not have the commitment to freedom and justice they always claimed.

No high ground here folks and no financial support anymore for them either.

The CHRC has taken upon itself the right to the federal government to declare certain material a state secret…obviously. in their thinking, it should be a state secret WHO is involved in any abuse of process or malfeasance associated with the CHRC.

Justice Minister Nicholson, close their doors and open their files to judicial review!
