Brown oil? Hell if we could burn pure Bull SXXt Ottawa alone could supply our yearly energy needs in a single sitting…then there’s a certain blog owned by a broken down tourettes jock that supplies enough “fuel” to supply GTA’s winter heating needs in a single entry.

what issues are staring at b.c. ?

basically we get our electricity free…and all the rest follows…b.c. is in fine shape energy wise..

i don’t follow your point….which i can’t determine actually…

as for Brown ?..please…labour is done brown as the polls show…they’d rather have Osama running the country than another Labour gov’t.

altho john major DID take over after Dame Thatcher…an electoral anomaly..nothing more.

Brown has many faults, but at least he seems to understand that windmills and solar power will not solve Britain’s problems. He has also figured out that nuclear power can resolve many of the issues related to “low carbon” power generation.

Sadly our own bumpkin – Gordon Campbell cannot read the science and resolve some of the issues staring at BC.

Isn’t every purchase I make a ‘dialogue between producer and consumer’?

The producer creates the product and sets a price, I either accept his proposition, decline it, or negotiate a better price.

If oil becomes too expensive then I’ll switch to natural gas to heat my home, if gasoline becomes too expensive then I’ll trade my car in for a hybrid. That’s all the dialogue thats needed.
