If you have the “right” last name you can say this

The general point made by Scaramouche and BCF is that because hate speech laws are not about any actual crime they are applied selectively and little bigots like Salman Hossain can promulgate hate with impunity while the less fortunately surnamed are arbitrarily hauled before Commissions or the Courts.
It is far better to have no law than a law which is administered in a discriminatory manner.

Well, there’s proof for you then: when you’re a Muslim terrorist who ACTIVELY incites violence against others, including for them to be killed, Canada’s morons look the other way. If a Canadian says that he or she has had enough of all the criminals and terrorists flooding into Canada, he or she is branded a racist and accused of a hate crime.
Canada should change its name to Moron Country.
