These are some of the big names (at least, big public names) in climate science and the discussion indicates they have a handle on both the limits and strengths of the work they do. That should add a lot of confidence in the public mind to the conclusions based on climate models. The scientists who perform and communicate their work are clearly quite credible. Pretty awesome.
